How Our Booking Process Works

At The Castle Oasis Cleaning Services, we believe in personalized service. That’s why we follow a simple two-step process to ensure your cleaning appointment is perfectly tailored to your space.

Step 1: Initial Contact (Before Booking)

Contact us via WhatsApp, website form, or social media.

Send photos or short videos of the areas you want cleaned.

After reviewing them, we’ll provide a personalized quote based on your needs.
This step is free and does not require any booking or payment.

Step 2: Confirm Your Appointment (via Square)

Once you approve the quote, we’ll send you a private Square link to:

Pay a $50 deposit to secure your date.

Select your preferred date and time.

Confirm your professional cleaning service.

After the cleaning is completed, the $50 deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

Step 3: Final Payment (After Service Completion)

When the job is completed, we’ll walk through the space with you for a quick review.

Pay the remaining balance (deposit applied) using Square.

You’ll receive a digital receipt and confirmation of service completion.

If you’d like to schedule recurring cleanings, we can set that up on the spot.
